Pirate Village is world 6. One writeup says the wall takes about 6 Oc of damage. The Harbor itself then costs 527 Qi Gold. Update 2 also raised the rank cap to 20, later moved to 25 by Update 3.
The Pirate Card banner in that writeup names Pirate Hunter (Legendary), Straw Hat (Mythical), Black Leg (Epic), Sniper King (Epic), and Cat Burglar (Rare). The later energy table uses different rarities for Cat Burglar and Sniper King. Use the energy number on the card you rolled, and read both labels on the hero pages.
Send a ship
- Unlock the Harbor and open dock 1. The starter hull is the Small Boat, with two crew slots.
- Recruit crewmates from faction banners with Bounty Posters. Straw Hat, Whitebeard, Red Hair, Beasts, and Big Mom banners are the five named factions.
- Pick a route your Hull level allows and set sail. The timer keeps running while you are offline.
- Collect Gold, Berries, loot rolls, and Devil Fruit Boxes when the ship returns.
- Spend Berries in the Shipyard. Hull level is the track that opens the next route.

A third dock costs 5,000 Emeralds. Skipping the Logue Town timer costs 1,000 Emeralds. Sails, Hull, Cabins, Cargo Hold, and Navigation Room each cap at level 5. Crew Deck is a single unlock. Named hulls are Small Boat, Going Merry, Thousand Sunny, and Moby Dick.
Crew bonuses that were actually printed
Cyborg Shipwright (Straw Hat, Rare) is +10% Drop. Devil Child (Straw Hat, Common) is +5% Drop. Pirate Hunter, Fire Fist, Blue Phoenix, First Mate, The Wildfire, and Mochi Commander are named, but the same table left their bonus cells blank. Do not invent a percent for them.
Devil Fruits and Haki
There are 10 Devil Fruits, collected from Devil Fruit Boxes. Owned fruits raise multipliers without being equipped. Duplicates awaken a fruit you already own. A Devil Fruit Box is guaranteed every 6 hours of navigation time.
Haki unlocks for 65.8 Qi Gold. Haki Coins drop from Pirate Village enemies, Pirate Raids, and Marine Invasion. The spin buys stat multipliers and has an Auto Spin toggle. The multiplier table was not published.
Two combat modes
Marine Invasion starts at :15 and :45, with no ticket. Clear the waves and destroy the Marine Ship for Bounty, Haki Coins, Pirate Shards, and Weapon Coins.
Pirate Raid spends a Pirate Raid Ticket from village enemies or the secret boss. Global quests in this zone were placed outside the Party Bar.
Guild capacity moved from 15 to 25 in the same update, with more bonuses at guild levels 55 and 60. Update 3 later replaced part of that layer with Guild Points.
